Dave Johnston started out in the construction industry framing homes each summer as he worked his way through university. He became a journeyman carpenter and started his own construction company a few years after graduating.

In 1988 Dave finished a Special Certificate in Building at B.C.I.T. and shortly after relocated to Whistler. Organized in his work, recognized for his knowledge, Dave Johnston is well respected in the valley for combining his construction expertise with the Whistler lifestyle.
